My Teaching Journey

Welcome everyone! I have always enjoyed writing and after much contemplation, I decided to start a blog to reflect on my journey as an educator. I have worked as a teacher in the Caribbean and in Canada and I have accumulated sixteen years of experience. It has definitely been quite a learning experience for me and one which I would like to share with others. I truly believe that we never stop learning and through my experiences, others can gain insight into teaching a foreign language or perhaps, they can relate to my journey.

I think that my blog is a fantastic opportunity for me to genuinely express how I feel about the education system and to explore the difficulties that I have encountered as well as the challenges that currently exist. There is so much misconception about the teaching profession which I intend to shed light on in my posts. I hope that my blog will pique your interest and be of benefit to you. Happy reading!
